New start

Recently I’ve become pretty obsessed with health and fitness. So..I’m going to start documenting what I eat everyday along with workouts and good nutrition/fitness advice!

Sunday
Brunch: Went out with the boyfriend to a delicious diner and treated myself to
2 slices of whole wheat toast with 1 pack of apple jelly
1 serving of homefries (delicious!)

Snack: 1 medium sized banana and a small handful of Monster trail mix

Dinner: Dining hall food.  A chicken concoction that was grilled pieces of chicken with a gravy.  In the gravy was peas and carrots.  It looked nasty but was pretty good!
1 serving smashed potatoes
1 glass of skim milk
1 serving of carrots, broccoli and peas
1/2 cup of grapes with 3 pieces of melon
Dessert=1 fun size Hershey bar

Workout: Run and Gun.  Ran about 2.5 miles with a butt cycle, squat cycle, plank cycle and triceps cycle.  I felt really nauseous towards the end though and it lasted for about a half hour after.  I don’t know why it happened!

Snack: 1 blueberry Greek yogurt
.75 serving of oyster crackers.  Ironically this helped my nausea and I felt better once I ate it.

Overall today was pretty good exercise/food day.  I fought the temptation of getting bad food.  I just know I should have definitely tried to eat more veggies.  There’s always tomorrow!
